  • Tips for picking the ripest fruit

Choose the ripe fruit and pick gently; this will help to keep the fruit fresh for longer. Ripe fruits usually last for 2-3 days so if you have a lot of them, you can use them for jams, coulis or sorbets. To prolong the life of fresh fruit you can also wash your fruit in a vinegar and water solution. You can also turn your fruits in wonderful flavoured vinegars. Just ask us how!
